The first requirement is to register an account with EveningSecrets. After registering you will automatically be directed to your account home page. Your account home page is where you access all features such as account information, past orders, and Reward balances. You will also find a link to the Gift Registry as well.
Click on the link that says 'Gift Registry Control Panel'. Since this will be your first Gift Registry, the next screen will display a message stating there are no registries saved. Below the message is a button titled 'Create New Registry', and once clicked will direct you to the page that allows you to create, delete, or modify gift registries.
You will be provided with several options on creating your Gift Registry. Each option is described below.

• Event Type - The event type describes the event. Examples are: Shower, Wedding, Anniversary, etc.
• Event Name - The name of the event. Examples include My Shower, My Wedding, Cheryl's Shower, etc.
• Event Date - The date of the event.
• Hide Event - This option hides your event from the public. If someone searches for your Gift Registry no results will be shown. If this option is selected you must inform your friends and relatives of the URL where your Gift Registry can be found. To simplify this, after your Registry is created, the Control Panel allows you to 'Notify Friends' on where to find your Registry. Here you enter in all your friends and relatives email addresses. The information is automatically sent with a click of the button.
• Include Gift Certificates - Include in your Registry all Gift Certificates that EveningSecrets offers.
• Active - Selecting this option enables or disables your Gift Registry. Disabling your Registry does not remove your products or settings.

There are two stages to adding items to your Gift Registry; adding the items to your shopping cart, then placing them in your Gift Registry.
View our catalog and as you come across an item that you want entered into your registry simply add it to your shopping cart. Immediately on the next screen is a button titled 'Add To Registry' located just below the 'Checkout' button. Click the 'Add To Registry' button and then select the Registry of your choice. The item(s) are now added to your Registry.

You manage your Gift Registries through the Gift Registry Control Panel. Here you can add or remove products, create a new Registry, notify friends and relatives of your hidden Registry, or edit your current Registry settings.
- Click 'Add Products' to add more products to your registry.
- Click 'View Products' to add more quantities to products you already have, or to remove products or quantities from your Registry.
- Click 'Notify Friends' to enter in a list of email addresses of friends and relatives that will receive information on your hidden Registry.
- Click on 'Edit Settings' to change the Registry settings, such as Event Name, Event Type, Date, etc.

Gift Registries make it easy for friends and relatives to purchase gifts for recipients. They allow you to select sizes and colors that you, or the recipient, enjoy. Customers purchasing gifts find it very easy to purchase the items you select. Our database updates the Registry as customers purchase items, which helps prevent doubling up on items which another customer buys at the same time.
