EveningSecrets.com is committed to customer satisfaction. Below are our policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. We believe this to be fair while maintaining excellent hygienics, therefore, G-Strings, Thongs, Tanga Shorts, Panties, Bikinis and One Piece suits cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes, but is not limited to, bikini sets which have thongs or tongas, and outfits such as babydolls that include a matching g-string or thong/panty. If you have any questions or concerns about the policies please do not hesitate to contact us.
| | Return Policy | Customers not satisfied with their purchase have 14 days to return the item.
All items must be unopened and in their original packaging. We ship all our items in clear plastic for you to view and inspect. If you are not satisfied with the product simply return it back to us for credit.
If the package is opened and returned to us then we will use our discretion determining if a credit is due. Never remove any tags from returned purchases as this will void any credits due.
If the Return date is within 14 days, EveningSecrets will issue a refund less 8% and credit the customers credit card. This 8% fee covers charges from our payment processor plus extra handling and restocking. If you choose to have your account credited, so next time you shop with us your credit will be applied, then we will waive our restocking fees of 8%. This only applies to customers who wish to have their EveningSecrets account credited and not their credit card account.
| | Exchanges | All exchanges are subject to inspection once returned. Items which are damaged, soiled, or have their tags removed will not be accepted for exchange and will be shipped back to the customer. Items which can be exchanged will not incur any extra handling or restocking fees. Customers are required to send the item(s) back to us before the new item(s) will ship. New exchanged items will be sent COD via Canada Post.
| | Shipping Charges | Shipping charges are non refundable.
If you received your order through our Free Shipping offer then we will reimburse your credit card less what it cost us for shipping, to a maximum of $10.00. This fee offsets the cost we absorb for all our customers by offering our Free Shipping service.
| | Returning Your Purchase | | Before any items can be returned customers must fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) form. Forms can only be accessed by customers who have made a purchase. To access the RMA form, log on to your account and select the 'Order Details' link. You will find a link to the form towards the bottom of the page. | Step 1: Fill out the RMA Form accessed through your Account Order Details link. The RMA number will be issued to you within 24 hours. You will need this number to return your items. We cannot accept returns without a RMA number.
Step 2: Write the RMA number on a copy of your invoice. Return your items with a copy of the invoice with the RMA number included.
Step 3: Relax. The rest is up to us!
Once we have your returned items and upon inspection we will credit you based on the information provided above. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.

| Packaging Your Return | Return items in their original packaging. Securely package your items with packaging paper or foam peanuts to prevent damage. Use a reliable company that allows for package tracking. We cannot process your return until we receive the item(s). Remember to place a copy of the invoice with the RMA number inside the package. We suggest shipping insurance if the item being returned is considered to be fragile.
